I never guessed that I would end up being so intrigued and delighted at such small winged creatures. One day my husband brought home two budgies from the local pet store ("One" and "Two"). I instantly fell i love. Over time I started to want to expand our bird family and found myself starting with two and ending up with nineteen budgies! They take a lot of time,energy and love, but what they give back to me is priceless. The budgies are located in our diningroom close to all the activity around the house. I am not only a full time stay at home mom, I also am a licensed daycare provider-so all of the birds get plenty of love and attention. The birds have become a big part of my life-something that brings me daily joy!
